You've built meaningful connections. You've done the networking. You've shown up, stayed visible, and delivered excellent work.
But referrals still feel random.
Opportunities still come in unpredictable waves.
And business development still requires constant effort.
The problem isn't your relationships.
It's that there's no system guiding how they work together.

This isn't generic advice.
It's direct insight into your relationships, your patterns, and your next moves.

Hi, my name is Katie, lifelong connector and founder of The Atrium Network. I’m a business development expert who makes the system of relationship to revenue simple enough for anyone to start scaling.
I’m passionate about supporting progressive businesses with the relationship side of their growth, especially when “just go get more leads” feels exhausting or stands in the way of driving your vision. I genuinely believe your next client is already closer than you think, and I love showing business owners and their teams how to activate before they acquire, so growth feels less like a hustle and more like a perfect match.
When I traded a career in education for a business development role at a distillery back in 2015 (yes, really), business development quickly became my calling. I learned to build partnerships, fill rooms, and turn a tasting into a long-term account. I’ve spent the decade since sharpening that skill set across marketing, communications, and sales. Along the way, I co-founded an internationally recognized company, earned my PR Strategy Certificate from Cornell, founded Muse Relations, my PR agency, and developed The Ecosystem Revenue Method, my framework for building a business where relationships are the infrastructure, not an afterthought.
Alongside my strategic side, I bring 13 years of teaching experience, which turns out to be excellent training for business. I can break a complex strategy into simple next steps, hold a room’s attention, and spot the opportunity hiding in plain sight. I find real joy in helping business owners see what’s already working, then building the systems that make it grow.
